Flakey and disorganized.
Used to be a helpful and reliable shop until I took my car in with flood damage. Recommended totaling my car (which they later claimed they "never said" and mysteriously had no record of it) and after calling twice to make sure my car was ready to be towed back, got a call from the tow company as Ford told them they couldn`t find my keys. Had to wait three more days to get my car back.
