The mechanics are top-notch, and they always go the extra mile: like today, I picked up my car and not only was I pleasantly surprised at how little the repair cost (I`m sure it would`ve been at least 3 times as much at the dealer; it always is), when I went out to the lot to get in my car, I noticed that they`d greased the door hinges (which were squeaking like crazy); something the dealer *never* did.

Anothe... view morer time, I brought my girlfriend`s car in for an oil change and asked Bob to give it the once-over and see if it needed anything: when we went to pick it up, he told her she needed a new muffler and exhaust pipes; when she asked how much it would cost, he said ""Midas can do the whole job for less than I can get the parts for - why don`t you take it to them?""

A lot of shops would`ve done the job and taken her money without a second thought, but he thought of what was best for her, instead (even though he didn`t make any money off of it); service like that is hard to beat.
