I took a chance even with negative reviews.. Glad I did!! The work was great! No bubbles or peeling. Guy that did it explained do`s and dont`s. GREAT JOB!

My 2012 car I had to take twice because the first time they messed the tint up on almost all the windows and then acted like there was nothing wrong and it. They said it wad normal to have bubbles and not sticking a month later. Left it the second time and went to get it and it looked worse they cut the black lining aroud the window on a practically brand new 2012 car and placed black tape over it to try to hide and... view more cover it up! Absolutely the worst customer service. Talked with them several times about setting up an appointment. First time went OK, but not pleasant as there weren`t any decent times for an appointment. The last three were terrible. I was told I would receive a call back about setting up an appointment (twice). I had to call back both times. The last time I received nothing but attitude from the guy and he actually hung... view more up after I told him it was unacceptable. This is just another 3rd rate jackwad that will be out of business in under a year... don`t trust your car to these guys. If they can`t do the simple things right, don`t expect them to do your car right.

I had my windows tinted and my car detailed at Alternative Auto and was extremely happy with their work. No bubbles on any of the windows or the shade band that I chose to put across the top. My car was so clean it looked as if it came off of the showroom floor. They also took the time to answer the questions I had over the phone and once I was there. Great service all around!

The person that commented below probably works for one of those other companies they are talking about. Alternative Auto has tinted both of my vehichles and they look great I dont have any bubbles and I am constantly recieving compliments on my cars. They also recently detailed my car and when I drove away my 2007 looked like a 2011. This is the place to go for people who like a lot of bubbles in their tint. Like if you want that DIY look... but with the cost of a professional tint job.... In all seriousness, anywhere but here would have been a better choice. I thought it would be more convenient but from now on I will go with a place I know is good. I assure you I do not work at either place...Why would I list two places? ...and on top of that we`ve had tint at a place in louisville that also did an awesome job (roberts auto sound and tint, I believe) So do you think I also work there? No, I am a stay at home mother who thinks that if a place claims to do good tint jobs, I shouldn`t have to bring it in a second time. Even so, we did bring it in a second time and guess what??? Still bubbly as hell. In my eyes, a lifetime warranty should give you a little clue that if they did things good the first time....you wouldn`t need to use it. But that`s just me. At this point we will live with the bubbles bc I`m going to take a wild guess that a third time around would not yield any better results. I stand by my honest review as a two- time customer. Accept it.
