Lady that answere the phone very rude! Before I was able to explain what I needed. She informed me that all her people were out of town and she was unable to help me with a repair. I was about to tell her I just wanted to drop off the glass and they could repair it later, and about how long it would be. She explained " I said I can`t help you!" I will NEVER refer anyone to this company!!!
