Beware of Tin Ponys, took my money and disappeared

I purchased an item from Tin Ponys on eBay and they sent me the wrong item. They told me to send it back and they would refund my money. I sent it back only to never hear from them again and never see a refund. By the time I tried to leave negative feedback, they were gone from eBay. What a rip-off!!

Beware fraud by Tin Ponys

On Nov 09, 2007 I purchased a Honda motorcycle accessory and corresponded with Dennis from Tin Ponys. Since that time Tin Ponys neither sent me the paid for merchandise (confirmed they received my payment) nor processed the promised refund, full or otherwise. Numerous emails have gone without reply!

Tin Ponys eBay motorcycle store has now been closed down by eBay and their status as a seller revoked.
