Bad tow company! Buyer beware!

We called for a tow and they quoted us $50 on the phone. They then showed up and wanted another $20 after they quoted a price on the phone. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Horrible company, bunch of theives

Ignorant, rude, obnoxious people who cruise parking lots looking to steal cars for profit. They charge DOUBLE the towing fee if they leave the parking lot with your car, and heaven forbid you catch them in the act of taking a guest`s car!

Terrible Customer Service

The feller that was operating the truck was rude, insolent, condescending and quite demeaning. He called me a ""prick"" and a threw my credit card and my receipt at me. What a professional...

This company is HORRIBLE!!!! F...

This company is HORRIBLE!!!! First, they towed me from a "visitor" parking spot that I was allowed to park in. And when I aked to see proof that I was parked in the wrong spot mysteriously the pictures the driver took disappeared. Second, they drug my car out of the spot to hook it to the truck which now my car`s breaks are horrible and my front suspension is all messed up. Third, they broke into my car and... view more left muddy boot prints all over my carpet. The cops said it was legal for them to go in to take "inventory" of all the stuff in there...but there`s noway they did that because I pulled up as they were taking it off of the truck! The lady that works there is a total b****. I was ready to go through the plexi-glass at her, with her Jesus music blasting and painting her nails.

better hope you dont break down my daughter and i broke down today heat was about 90 deg outside an hour later still waiting after two hours they called rwas already home if i was a member of lex pd i would get better service they break ther necks to tow there cars and leave you on the waiting list go to the next no in ei the phone book and u will get better service

"D" Bag Towing

This place is ran by a bunch of a** holes! $118 is what it cost to get my car outta that dump! I`ve had bowel movements with more personality than the jerks that work there! I hope lightning strikes that place and burns it to the ground!
