Awful experience
I received a groupon for a remote starter as a Christmas gift and they told me it would be March before it was installed. By March, winter is over. The man on the phone was unapologetic and completely unwilling to accommodate. This level of customer service is unacceptable in my opinion. They are not someone I would ever do business with in the future.
