Terrible Service department. They do enough buisness with the Military that they do not need to keep customers. For the entire story on how they screwed me over email me at joseph.d.crossman@us.army.mil. I have already contacted Ford, the BBB and will be contacting JAG on Monday. I will be telling every Soldier at Fort Campbell that will listen my story so they don`t get screwd too.
