Poor quality, poor customer service and FRAUD?!?!

Bought a car in fall 2011, Wit was my sales person. Got a decent deal on the vehicle, but within a month my truck went to be serviced twice! The truck has some minor paint and body damaged, when I asked if it was going to be touched up he said "no, we sell these cars and trucks as is". 6 weeks after my purchase my 9 year old daughter had to have emergency open heart surgery, when I called to explain my si... view moretuation the billing department woman told me that he has shut off people`s cars who have just had children die and they didn`t turn them on, I`m not getting turned on either... I was stranded in KC!!! Billing Department lady said " you`re an adult I shouldn`t have to call you to remind you to pay your bill, even of you have family issues!" when I took the vehicle in to switch to something cheaper the body damage that was on the truck when I bought it, Wit denied any recollection... (how convenient) and tried to give my 3k trade in on a 9k trade in value truck... He actually advised me to claim insurance fraud by filing a fault claim with my insurance!!! This place is a big ol ball of sketch, stay away - unless you like being treated like crap by the dealership that just sold you a half assed vehicle at best!!!! Stay away!!!!
