When you buy a car with less than 40,000 miles on it you usually expect to reach 50,000 miles without replacing the engine right? Well, not in my case. I financed a car here and less than 6 months later the engine has completely failed and needs replaced. I wasn`t expecting them to give me a new car or cancel my contract, but was expecting that they would provide some assistance in the repair of the vehicle. Now I h... view moreave to pay about 1/3 the total price of the car to get it repaired and this dealership wants to provide zero assistance. I have owned the car for about 5 months and use it to get to work and back home. I have kept the maintenance up on this car and do not drive it like a race car or anything so complete engine failure is just ridiculous. If you`re into having someone sell you something and then not support it this is your place. Thanks for all of your help Richland Motors, I nor anyone that I talk to will ever step foot onto your lot again.
