I was helping a lady friend fix her car. It stopped moving so her dad took a look at it and concluded it needed a new transmission. I Got her a transmission from All Star Auto Parts and took it to the installer. Upon inspection the installer noticed it was really just a bad CV axle meaning the transmission was not necessary. I looked on the back of their receipt to see what their return policy was. It said i could re... view moreturn it within 10 days as long as it was in the same condition. 7 days later i brought the transmission back to them and they refused to accept it. They offered only to replace it or give me store credit totally disregarding what is stated on the back of their receipts.

great guys and great parts

These guys are the best, I was having such a hard time finding my part and it seem like nobody wanted to help. I call All Star Auto Parts and problem solved...Thanks
