Terrible Service Department

Have been dealing with their service department for nearly 5 years because we purchased an extended warranty plan with our new vehicle. The service manager is constantly condescending and ridiculed us when we believed the repair sould be covered under warranty. He would never look it up and always had an invoice ready.
