this is by far the worst car buying experience i have ever had . to say it is bad would be an understatement... test drove 2 cars that didn`t even make it out of the parking lot one that the motor blew about 3 miles down the road... and then when i did buy one had to put 2000 in repairs in it with in a few weeks will never buy or recommend that any one buy are car from this place .. they are nothing more than lie... view more rs and cheats and only want to rip you off and those are there better qualities...best thing you can do is avoid them at all cost

They Worked With Me!!!!

Neil`s has been more than helpful! They looked beyond my situation and treated me like a human being. I do not have the best credit situation so I was turned down for financing every where I went. To be honest I was scared to try a buy here pay here location for my car but I am so happy that I did. I work with Neil`s on a regular basis. I have always found them courteous and professional. Not only are they able to process loans in a timely fashion, they also have a large selection of vehicles to chose from. I also know they really try to help you get credit. I recommend Neils highly.

NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE

If I was you, I would run from Neils Finance Plaza! They are the worst buy here pay here lot in KC. Richard Candillo aka Rocky is scam artist and should be ashamed to call himself a Christian. Tom Moore is Raging Drug Abuser who recently had a stroke due to drugs. They buy junk cars from the auction, clean them up, and sell them at 3 times what they paid. If it breaks down after 60 days or 2000 miles your on your own... view more! If you default on the loan they will repo the car and re sell it again. If your stock # is xxxxR4 that means your car has been repoed 4 times and resold!The collectors are ruthless, rude, and non-caring people. The have been convicted of mileage fraud and lost a huge settlement. The place is a joke! They pray on the poor, young, and the elder. No problems with Neil`s

We bought a 2002 dodge for my daughter back in November of 2006, while it was still under warranty, we had a malfunction with the car. I called Neil`s and they promptly fixed it. We are down to 1 more payment on her car and then intend to buy another one there for myself.

You Have Got to Be Kidding Me!

I am a mother of 2 and I work for hospice so I need my car to support my family. My credit is not even close to perfect and I had been turned a thousand times.... So off to a buy her pay here deal.... Lets make a long story short.. the 90 day or 2000 mile warrenty is over nd now i am stuck with a blazer that I have only had for 1 month. and almost 600 dollars in parts and labor that I have had to pay for. I was going to send my son to Neil`s Finance because he is in desperate need of a vehicle. After I read the reviews everyone as written, I would Never send him to a place like that! What a joke.

Watch The News :(

Recently I was watching the news one evening, and I saw Fox 4 Problem Solvers investigating another shady business. Guess who it was! Yep Neils! It seems they refused a young single mother who was a full time student. Neils refused her warranty two days after she bought a late 90`s dodge neon that quickly became immobilized. I believe the warranty was for 90 days and any serious problems they will fix free of charge... view more or exchange the vehicle. Well the sad story is her life has been greatly impacted with balancing school, work, and her child. I`m greatly disappointed in Neils service. Just remember your rep what you sol. Also you don`t have to take my word e-mail Kansas City`s Fox News Station and I`m sure they will tell you or search youtube for the ""Fox 4 Problem Solvers Video"". Also please write reviews to keep others out of harms way, and remember you rep what you sol.
