Slow and Grossly Overpriced

The last three times I took my vehicle to this Midas I paid way too much for the services performed. The last time I was there I had to go buy a common diagnostic tool and provide it for them since none of theirs worked. On that day I was their only customer when I pulled in, and in a hurry to salvage part of a workday, yet they serviced every walk-in that arrived after me and worked on mine last, right before closin... view moreg time. I was charged full price despite providing a $40 tool, and they refused to make any adjustments to allow my vehicle to at least run without dying at every stoplight. So I took my tool home and made the adjustment myself. The next time I had exhaust system issues (yesterday) I took my vehicle to Grain Valley Custom Muffler, who did more work and supplied more parts for $272 than Midas had provided on a different vehicle for almost $500. So yes, I`m done with Midas Forever.
