The worst dealership I`ve ever dealt with

Not professional to deal with at all. The payoff on my trade in loan went through late and I got charged the interest... The dealership told me they were not responsible for the interest. if the payment hadn`t gone through my account I would have never known, but I ended up paying for their mistakes! Then, the dealership has to handle the tags on a lease... They told me they would transfer my old tags and deduct the ... view moretransfer from my new tags. Didn`t happen. This dealership owes me well over a hundred dollars for their mistakes. I will never buy or lease a car from there again

OUTSTANDING SUPPORT!!!!

I can`t say enough about the service my cousins received when they brought their van in to McCarthy Chevrolet. It had been running hot, the airconditioning wasn`t working, and there were problems with the brakes. My cousin is a preacher in a small Kansas church and they had just had a baby with heart defects so they have been at Children`s Mercy Hospital for the past month driving back and forth three and a half hour... view mores to see their other 3 children. Needless to say, they are having severe money issues. After hearing what they were going through, Ken told the owners and when my cousins talked to him the next day they were told that McCarthy`s was taking care of everything. New radiator, fixed the airconditioner and brakes, oil change, etc AND picked up the tab !!!! (and gave them use of a loaner car while theirs was being fixed). Now THAT is a business that cares about their community!!!! THANK YOU MCCARTHY CHEVROLET!!!!!!!!

Pathetic

I wanted a combination of features that are no longer available on the 2010 Altima. I THOUGHT I had ordered a 2010 Nissan from Steve Mofrit at McCarthy Nissan in Olathe KS. After he failed to return my calls over a 4 week period, I finally spoke with the sales manager, Dave. Dave informed me that my order was on hold and I could not get the option combination I wanted. I got the vehicle I wanted from Keystone Nissan in Mission. They are having a moonroof and leather installed at a competitive price locally to get the ""build"" of options I wanted. Bravo!
