Looks like a dealership, but supports it`s cutomers like a private party!

The prices of cars at this lot are usually reasonable. However, don`t let that fool you into believing that this business would be a good place to purchase from. Not only are the sales peoples knowledge and honesty questionable, but this business completely lacks the capability to back up their standard warranties. It`s no secret that PowerTrain warranties are strictly for the customers piece of mind, because 95% of ... view morethe time the problem is something other than the transmission and engine block themselves. However, in my case I was in the 5% that it was. I have owned this car for 6 months now, but I have only had possession of it for 2, literally! Off and on it`s been in their repair shop having the engine and transmission rebuilt/replaced multiple times. During this whole ordeal, I have been told when to expect the repairs to be done only to get a call doubling the expected time. Once I did get my vehicle back, it would be a matter of days (sometimes hours) that the same issues came up again. My windshield has been broken twice while in Mike Steven Kia`s care. One of those times they refused to fix it. Now I`m being told that they are dropping the warranties on the repairs because they have spent too much time and money on it. That`s right, they are not going to honor the warranty on THEIR repairs. This makes me believe that the mechanics employed at their repair shop (31st + Broadway) are either incompetent or they cut corners when presented with warranty work. The repair lane on East Kellogg near the dealership is only equipped to handle basic maintenance work, so my options have been strictly limited to dealing with the South location. Because this dealership lacks the ability to honor it`s commitments and be honest with it`s customers, my experience would have turned out the same if I had bought this vehicle from a private party; only the purchase price would have been cheaper without the extra costs of buying from a retailer.
