Bad, Ugly, and Worse

A few weeks ago I had a window on my 2007 Dodge Caliber broken out. I called around to get quotes on getting a new one installed. Steven Chrysler came in the lowest for parts and install. I took my car in and they repaired the window in a very timely manner. However, when I picked up my vehicle, I was charged over $200 more than the quote I was given. The cashier told me there was nothing she could do about it as sh... view moree stuffed her face full of sandwhich. Later that day, my boyfriend called and spoke to a guy in parts who said that I would need to call him on the following Monday so that we could get things sorted out. When I called on Monday, the service rep was conveniently out of the office until Wednesday. When my manager and I made a joint call to the dealership on Wednesday and asked to speak to the GM, we were transferred off to someone in parts. He denied giving the orginal quote for parts and install, saying that he only quotes part prices. He then said that he remembered me calling originally and knows he only quoted me for the part because I told him that I was going to install the window myself. I am a 23 year old, petite female, on what planet could I install a car window myself? I called him on his lie and told him that I would simply bring my car back in, give him the window back, and then he could refund my money. He said that would not be necessary and that he would issue me an $85 refund on the price of the window. This conversation was held over 2 weeks ago and I have yet to recieve any money. I have since attemtped to contact the GM and both times was told that he was ""out on the lot"" and left messages. He has yet to return my phone calls. The dealerships lack of professionalism, customer service, and honorability disgusts me. DO NOT USE STEVEN CHRYSLER.....YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!!
