In short: I could not have asked for better service. I`m just very thankful to have used them. They will be the only towing company I will ever use. Long version: I was a passenger in a car accident involving my own car. We had just picked up two friends and were on our way to the airport to leave on vacation. I`ve never been in an accident before, let alone seen my car totaled. I looked up their mobile websi... view morete, which has an instant call button to get ahold of one of their dispatchers. The lady that answered the phone was very calm and guided me through the whole process. Honestly, if she would have been rude or tried to rush me, I think I would have completely lost it. My fiance and best friends were in that accident with me, we had limited time to get to the airport, traffic was backed up, and my car was clearly not going anywhere. They stored my car for me, I still made it to the airport and made it to my vacation. It was an honest miracle. The accident was on Edgewood Rd, which has super high traffic volume. Even though the accident was across town from where Darrah`s is, they arrived at the scene really, really quickly. There were no questions about what to do, they just did it. In the time we got in another vehicle and drove around 1 block, my car was loaded on a Darrah`s truck and moved out of the intersection.

Poor attitudes and Crappy service

I got stuck and they required payment after I was told they had to get my car out and they were rude about it and I would not recommend them to anybody. The tow truck driver was saying he was going to take my car to the tow yard if payment was not able to be made. The office lady was very rude as well.
