Violated seller laws!!

My Girlfriend needed a car and was interested in a certain car on their lot. So, I went to their webpage to research the car. Their webpage declared the vehicle had 98K miles. The following day we went to the dealership and talked to ""Perry"" who said nothing further about odometer or upon direct questioning if the car had any problems. She bought the car that day. The next morning she had me drive it, only to disco... view morever the Odo. reads 198K miles, and not only does it have 100K higher than disclosed, the odo and trip-odo neither are working!!! additionally it`s leaking oil - likely the head gasket and is riddled with other minor annoyances. (like a worn-out suspension). this car should NEVER have been resold, let alone sold without notifiying us of these problems! the following day after purchase they had quickly removed the car from the webpage AND it was never listed under the ""sold"" cars catagory. They`re doing everything they can to distance themselves from a known lemon!
