BUYER BE WARE!

I bought a 49cc scooter from this dealer. When I drove it off the lot it wouldn`t go over 20mph. I have had many mopeds and scooters this size and always they went at least 40mph. When I asked for it to be fixed, or refunded he told me that it was as is, and I needed to get ""That junk off his lot before he had it hulled to the junk yard"". Found out later there is no lemon law in Nebraska. So now im stuck with it.
