Do NOT take your vehicle here for repair. The mechanics were very vague when describing the work they performed and the owner is a very rude person who treated me like I was trying to scam him! Typical shady mechanic

Never Never Go there!!!

This company does the "bait and switch"!!! I went there, because the OWNER of the company, stated that he would do a "free estimate" of repairs for my car. When I went to pick up my car, I was told the "estimate was $650"- and I told him I couldn`t afford that amount right now, he then stated because I`m not doing the repair, there would be a $60 + tax charge. I said that`s not fair, because he never told me t... view morehere would be a charge. I told him repeatedly that he was the one that told me that it was "free", he said he can`t keep track of who he tells that too, so its my responsibility to make sure that everyone in the shop knows that its a "freebie". I said that`s not my responsibility, as he is the owner, and he was the one who told me, then he should tell his employees. He then continued on to say "that`s how businessess run". He refused to give me my car back until I paid the money. The reciept that was presented for the "estimate" after I paid, was completely blank. It didn`t say what was needed on my car for repair. I had to ask them to list the issues, and then the owner just told the receptionist stuff to write in on the "estimate`. I really wonder what I paid for. He did a bait and switch and I`m very unhappy. I made a Better Business Bureau complaint, and they are unresponsive. I know hear from other people, that this sort of thing happened to them as well with this company.
