If I could give them negative stars I would! They overcharged... broke my emergency brake cable without telling me... and wouldn`t replace it... and didn`t tighten down my lug nuts on my tires.... worst service ever... don`t use!

Oh my gosh please be careful!
I`ve been going to this Tuffy since 2005 and it was a great plece-- I`ve noticed that place deteriorating over the last couple years and over-charging, adding extra things here and there. Well I had tire noise - they said wheel bearing and need new transmission and clutch. $3000
I decided to get several other opinions. You know what it really was - loose lug nuts. The tire was abou... view moret to fall off at anytime. that`s it. Free. You know why they were loose? Tuffy.
