Took the Jeep in for the work on the 30th, and now they wouldn`t do the set back...not to specs. After a spirited discussion, overheard service rep mock my opinion while I waited for my ride. Later, called and reported the adjustment mechanism needed replaced (j... view moreust off the rails, though) and lacked the part...4-5 days wait, total to be well over $800. Refused the help and settled up "diagnostic" and "shop supplies" for $125. Not the first time over 17 years something fairly similar has come up, but for sure the biggest, and the last time! Go anywhere else...
