I would give Earl`s zero stars if I could. The man is incredibly rude. He won`t even look you in the eye when you bring him your business. Gives off a very "eff-you" attitude that is completely uncalled for. I brushed it off the first time we serviced our truck, but 6 months later and two more stops, it`s only gotten worse. He is completely inconsiderate. He will not call you when your car is done. He wi... view morell not tell you an approximate time of completion. He had our truck (most recently) for over 48hours for a tune-up, and only after we called (at 9pm at night, finally, when he promised to give us an update at 3pm) did he say "oh yeah, that`s been done. Come get it in the lot." Run far, far away from this man and his business. You`re better off towing your car to Iowa City
