Awesome service. I live in Tennessee and my wife had a blow out on HWY 380 about 10 miles outside of Waterloo. I called Priority 1 Automotive and talked to Dan. I told him that my wife, kids and sister-in-law were stranded on the HWY. He then coordinated a tow truck and a van to go pick up my family. Priority 1 had another store closer to their location so he sent them there. He met my family at the other store and m... view moreade sure they got the services that they needed. The whole thing cost me $120 for a tire and $50 for a tow. The concern that Dan had for my family was surprisingly refreshing, if more companies today would treat their customers as Dan and Priority 1 have America would be a way better place. Thanks Dan.
