I couldnt disagree more with Joan`s review. Nick is just getting started on a frame off restoration on my 40 Ford. He`s had it 2 weeks and I`m amazed at the progress. Looking at his past work was what brought me here. He`s been great to work with and very knowledgeable. I have been hot rodding for 40 years and from what I have seen so far, Nick is the man to go to for restoration.

It was the most disappointing ...

It was the most disappointing experience with paint I`ve ever had. I was taken to this place with my brand new 2011 by the Kia Dealership for a custom paint job. The job was pretty good with the exception of a few drips...for about 2 months, after which it began to fade and delaminate large chunks of clear coat. I took the vehicle to Raw to have the paint redone to a &quot;more stable color&quot; as the ow... view morener, Nick, blamed it on the paint. When I got the car back, the interior was still painted the old color and the exterior painted a different color. By this time, I was moving out of state so I just lumped the entire situation. The car has continued to fade and is very patchy. I had to have work done on the vehicle after another car hit me recently. The body shop matched it as closely as it could and it looked fine...for a few months. Now my brand new Orange Kia Soul is several different shades of yellow, white and orange due to not one but TWO faulty paint jobs. My estimated loss? I will have to go to a REPUTABLE body shop and have the entire care repainted for over $5,000 as my insurance does not cover warranty. By the way? Make sure you get IN WRITING that your paint job is guaranteed by this place. My rating? F-.
