My car is a mess, but it was becoming a dangerous mess. After being given poor service and repairs at another local shop, I tried Acheson on my Mother`s recommendation. Not only were they friendly, but also honest. They didn`t talk down to me there, giving me information in technical terms which (if need be) they would elaborate on if I asked. They were apologetic when it took longer than expected for them to get... view more back to me, but I was neither upset nor surprised--the car needed a lot of work. The pricing was competitive and given the condition of my car, the service was prompt. The fact that they treated me like a human being was the icing on the cake.

Great Service, Friendly people

They fixed my 2000 Honda Civic`s transmission. The staff was very helpful and informative. I also had a slow leak in one of my tires. They fixed it and didn`t charge me for it.
I don`t have my Civic any more, but I am taking my Honda CRV to them for other repairs.
