took my blazer to get idler ar...

took my blazer to get idler arms replaced. got home, then later when backing out of driveway the steering wheel began spinning many times but the tires weren`t moving. I.E. they didn`t tighten something up correctly. When that happened it pulled the front drive shaft out of the gearbox.Took it back, they tightened it up, didn`t mention the damage done and tried to suggest it was my fault for hitting a bump! Joke! T... view moreook it to B & E auto, they SHOWED me what happened, and I had to pay for a new drive shaft assembly. Never go to Bill`s. He used to have a good mechanic, but now both him and his mechanic are dishonest at best. I am from the area and know MANY others who have had awful experiences at Bills. Shady Crook!

I took my truck to Bills Automotive because it was losing oil pressure. Bill said I needed a new motor, so I was looking to get a remanufatured 350 from summit and Bill said he had one that was in great shape. So I took his word for it and he charged me $1800 for the motor and install it. Well after he put it in we took the truck home and to my surprise it was overheating.. So opened the hood and found out he dril... view moreled holes in the intake to fit the old style heads and vacume was leaking around the holes. So I fixed the intake and towed the truck to Chris Automotive in Lowell and said the engine was no good. So went back to Bills and he put another motor in and charged me another $380 for a completely rebuilt motor. The truck was returned to me two weeks later on a flat bed not running of course and he said it just won`t run. So I got the motor running and took it to B&E Auto in Wheatfield and found out the motor had no compression. I would highly notttt recommend going to Bills Automotive. So I am reminded by my wife daily that we will never ever go to Bills Automotive again.
