The worst experience I ever had with a company! From the owner to the manager of the Oxford, OH store. Stay far away from Jeff Pohlman and his tire stores. No where near pros at all! You can find better service, prices and price matching (real price matching etc) from Oxford Car Care in Oxford, OH. Hope they go out of business soon. Rate them F-.
