They do good work and use to give a fair price. Never charged to scan an engine code ... just did that as a courtesty. They are now charging for scan engine codes and the labor rates (hourly) have sky rocketed! Apparently they are getting away from the business model that gave them a good name and reputation and are now after the money more than customer service. They should remember the little things that set th... view moreem apart -- i.e. scanning the code which takes all of 5 minutes! then charge a full hour labor to tell you the problem.
