Beware of hidden charges

I called about the prices for several services. Nothing special, oil change, coolant flush and refill, you know. I was told that "they had a special". Still more than any of the chains, but it is a dealership who I would trust more. Surprise surprise, the invoice ended up to be almost 10% higher than what I calculated. I even asked, the labor and parts were explained to me. So I did let go. At home... view more, I double checked. I was charged over $17 for Environmental/Supplies. This was never mentioned, nor explained when I questioned the invoice. No thanks. Don`t tell a customer a price and then charge them for additional not mentioned items. Not even the cheapest chain does that. Or I should say, has never done it to me. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE, and guess what: 1 customer less.
