Owner Is Rude

Caveat emptor.... Owner is rude to say the least. I asked to have my car aligned to certain specs, as stated for the suspension package I purchased. He said his rack would not do it, he immediately got extremely defensive and argumentative. Informing me that both I and the manufacturer didn`t know what we were talking about. That in his shop that he, not the customer is always right. I should have known, he was even ... view morerude on the phone before i came in. In short after he had heated words with a customer I took my keys and walked out. I was warned prior by friends that he very arrogant and rude, should have listened. I will align my car with a tape measure before I deal with that again. If you don`t have to deal with the owner, or ask any questions you might have better a better experience.

Good service, Good communication, Good prices

They fixed my mother`s car after she hit a curb and tore a few pieces up, but good!!!! We ended up turning it into insurance and by the time the work was done, they saved me some money so my total out of pocket with some extra work they did was about $200 on a $2200 bill. I was very happy with their work and they communicated well with us on the work. I am thinking of having them do some work on an old truck I go... view moret.
