I have read some scary reviews about this business. I have purchased 3 cars and they have always been helpful and courteous. I was on my second car and me and my husband lost our jobs. They would always take partial payments and never put my car up for repo. The staff was always helpful and understanding. I purchased a car from GMG abo...

I purchased a car from GMG about 1 month ago. I was given an explanation that the car was never involved in any accidents and had a clean carfax. When I asked for a carfax report they came up with a bunch of excuses and told me there account was down. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE

i rented a car here to go to TN.GMG said i could park my toyota in their lot next to their garage until i got back.when i returned the cataltic converter had been sawed off my truck.GMG only had to say that they would not be held responsible&that this had happend in the past.(thanks for telling me that after the fact)Plus the car that i rented had front end problems which was very unsettling while driving 800 mil... view morees in it.Also every time i shut the door the door panel would fall off.TAKE YOUR MONEY ElSEWHERE!!!These people are rude and careless.

Belligerent & Hostile Customer Service

My father`s friend recommended GMG. I wasn`t all that impressed. I noticed some damage to the front end and pointed it out. I asked if the car had been in an accident and the salesman blew me off. I then asked if they had a Vehicle history reports and was informed, in a very rude tone, that they did not provide those and if I wanted one they would give me the VIN and I could get it myself. Then they opened the... view more trunk of the car. Low and behold there is the original steering wheel and passenger airbag - not a good sign. They tried to say it belonged to another car. This is surprising since it perfectly matched the almost new looking wheel and panel that were installed in the car??? So I asked my father if he had even looked other places to see what his options were. In retort the salesman complained about my concern and told me in no uncertain terms did he appreciate my questions. He was very rude, and bordering on hostile. I work hard for my money, so excuse me if I want to ask a few questions before I just hand my money over to you for a car that seriously appears to have been involved in a little bumper to bumper action. I don`t know a single person who doesn`t ask questions about the car they are thinking about buying. If they can`t treat me with courtesy and respect then I am all too happy to take my business elsewhere. In this economy I would much rather give my business to a dealer who appreciates it and is a little closer to being "honest". Needless to say I left my father to fend for himself. In the end he did buy a car here (along with a little body damage). Although not the first car we had looked at thank heavens. That was a White 2006 Chevy Malibu **Buyer Beware**
