Waste of Time and Money

This was quite possibly one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business. The staff was rude, and incompetent. The dispatch sent the truck driver to the wrong location, so I was waited almost an hour, and then I called back only to be told that the driver didn?ˆ™t see a car to pick up, and that I would have to wait for the driver to make it back to their office, before he would come out again. All in all I ... view morewaited a hour+ for the driver to come, hook my car up, and tow it to my family mechanic?ˆ™s place. The day after I noticed a scratch 8 inches long and dent a little smaller than the scratch on the hood of my car from the hitch used to hook it to the tow truck. I called to let them know they needed to pay for the damage I was told they were not liable, because the driver ?ˆ?thought?ˆ? he saw the damage before he moved the car, and they weren?ˆ™t going to pay for the damage. I had no way to defend my side, because I was called an idiot and hung up on. When I called back to speak with a manager later that day I was told that they would take my number down and the manager would give me a call. Another day passed so I called again only to be told that the person I was talking to before just told me they would have a manager call me was just lying to me to get me off of the phone, and no manager was going to call me. The total cost of this ordeal was 4 times what it should have been due to the scratch and dent removal repairs, and the cost of a bottle of Tylenol for the headache.
