This is the worst customer service I have ever gotten. I bought my car at Andy Mohr and have always received good customer service. When my car was in an accident I took it to the collision center at Andy Mohr Nissan. My car was there for 7 weeks. I received only one phone cal during this time. They had an issue getting my parts in but this is not what I am mad about. they seemed to avoid keeping me updated. My car w... view moreas promised to be complete on a Wednesday. I even called the day prior to confirm. When it wasn`t done on that day no one called me and when I called on Thursday they put me on hold and told me to leave a number and they would call back. No one did. Later that day my dad went in to investigate and my car was in pieces. If they had simply called to let me know there was a complication I would not be nearly this mad.
