They have not been filling oil full during oil changes after discussing with person at the counter.

Overpriced and Mistakes

Bittersweet Auto is overpriced. The last time i will go there my wheel flew off a few weeks after being serviced, because the lugs were loose. The towing guy and the police both said it was loose lugs. After talking to the manager of this location, he told me that they never took my wheel off and denied any liablility. He said he was sorry and offered to put my wheel studs in for free(which woudl have had to been ... view moreput in to get my vehicle there). I thought about hiring an attorney but the cost of the repair wasn`t enough for me to justify it. Bittersweet Auto could have made this better by admitting fault. I would not recommend to anyone, I would suggest going anywhere else.
