We have used their services a number of times and always get really good service. They can`t always get to the car right away (they are very busy). But they do their best to get to it quickly if we`re in great need. They take the time to explain what is wrong, and let us know if a part is under warranty. My husband`s check engine light came on and they diagnosed it as an error and did not charge us.
