Unsafe!
Rear brakes were making a bad scratching noise. Vehicle was supposedly inspected, nothing wrong found. Noise was still there, other shop found broken springs in rear drums. Brakes were all rusty, supposedly not being touched in many years.
Contacted Mr. Angel himself. Offered me to fix it for almost $90. 1 single spring was replaced. I got the complete set of springs ($12) and had them redone at another place.
