I brought My truck to PFM to do some preventative maintainance. They qouted me $300.00 to replace my turbo. I agreed and let them do the repair. When they called me to pick it up they told me that I really ought to get that oil leak fixed. (my truck had no leaks when I took it to them) It was a BAD leak and I had to fix it before I drove it anywhere. They charged an extra $600.00 to fix they oil leak that THEY caused... view more. Then upon receiving the truck back and looking it over further I saw that they had also smashed my coolant resevoir ($381.27 just for the part). I did talk to John Neely and he refused to admit to any neglegance on their part and told me ``at least the resevoir isn`t leaking``. In short; I took my truck in for a $300 upgrade and they caused $1200 in damage instead. But hey the turbo does work. They will never come within 500ft of my vehicles again

HAVE TRUSTED THEM FOR YEARS!!!

I live on the North-side but office is my vehicle. I cover Central Indiana with my job so I have used all of the locations of PFM over the years. I have found them to make honest recommendations when I need service work and most importantly no recommendations when I have not needed anything. Prices are fair and they stand behind their work. Used them since 2001 for my 2 cars and 3 SUVs.
