The actual service of putting 2 new tires on and balance them turned out fine. I scheduled an appointment to drop off my car at 2. Dropped off in a timely manner. Asked for the pickup time. (2 hours). Came back at 3 hours. Not done. At 3.75 hours it was time to check the alignment for another 5-10 minutes. I refused the service and asked for my car back. (I previously bought the lifetime alignment) I got my car ba... view moreck at 5:45. No apology. If you use them, don`t wait on it. Obviously they are just trying to get your car in their garage. I will not go back.

Definitely Dishonest

I took my car here for a routine oil change. I was told after their inspection that I also needed tires and front brake pads. I thought their price for tires was high, so I had my oil changed and took my car to another shop for the tires and brakes. The other shop replaced my tires, but said that I do NOT need brakes, they were in fact at 45%, which is still perfectly fine. I highly recommend staying away from this establishment and find a smaller company that cares about their reputation.
