When I called Mike about coming to look at car he was very professional. We made an appointment for 8:30 on Saturday and he was there on time. He looked at the car gave me a fair price for it and then towed it off of my property. All this was done in less then 20 minutes. I scheduled an appointment for...

I scheduled an appointment for Monday at 9:30AM and sat around until 10:30AM and nobody showed up. I did not recieve a phone call saying they are running late or not showing up. NOT PROFESSIONAL.
