questionable service dept

I purchased my car from them. After a few years each time I went around a corner my car swayed terribly in the back . I took it into their service dept & explained the problem to one of the McGrath sons. Being female I guess he thought he had someone he could easily take advantage of, He told me I needed a 400.00 sway bar. Seemed like alot of money so I took it to another dealer who told me all I need were &qu... view moreot;links & bushings" replaced for 40.00. When I went back to McGrath Honda to express my feelings about this dishonesty, they didn`t want me to call them on this in front of other service customers & insisted we talk outside. I was appalled at their behavior & their determination to cover it up....Needless to say I have never been back. I have been doing business with Motorwerks for years & they have always been honest and fair. I cannot recommend McGrath Honda.

great service dept

I have used MCGrath`s service for the last 8 years, It is a great place I recomend you to use. they are fair courtesy and do the job right. The facilities are clean and staff knowledgable. Offer loaners,coffee and comfortable waiting room. Repairs are done fast and ready as estimated. Judy K
