Great Service

I have found this Midas to have excellent customer service & really explain the needs for repairs extremely well. The guys have gone out of their way to help me & my families car care needs and very fair pricing. I have been going to them for years & will continue to do so.

Very Disappointed- Corp. should close this location.

I went to this location, after going to two other Midas locations, to have my muffler worked on because the other two installed incorrect on my Volvo station wagon. This location did installed correctly but kept charging my for work under warranty. The last straw was the wanted to charged labor for stalling the little rubber ring that holds the muffler to the body of the car, after he already same day installed a r... view moreeplacing a new muffler for a faulty muffler under warranty. Every time I came into this shop, it cost me over $100.00. For a muffler system I had installed Two years ago. Very disappointed, will not recommended this location at all. This past summer my muffler 2 rings broke off in a far southern west suburb, went to Midas location and they replaced at no charge. That location gave me faith in the name of Midas, the West Chicago location should close, it has poor customer service.
