I agree with the previous review. Joe was great to deal with in person but I had the exact same problem with the key fob deal. He was great with the financing and driving the car off the lot. He even fixed a $400 problem on the car because the check engine light came on during the drive home (1/2 hour drive). But once I tried to get ahold of him for the IOU key fob, he would never return calls, let alone answer the p... view morehone during business hours. Its a one man show so very unorganized in most aspect of the business. Recommendation for Joe, GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS or soon enough you wont have ANY business because of the the hate reviews that you will be getting. Not to mention I will NEVER recommend to anyone I know to come to your business for a vehicle.

He was great to deal with face...

He was great to deal with face-to-face, but he gave us an IOU for two key fobs, the driver`s side mirror and a second key. We waited months to get it - I called and left repeated messages and he never returned my calls. When I finally got him on the phone he said they were sitting on his desk and he was going to send them right away, we waited another month and finally my husband sent him an email saying that he wa... view mores going to get some friends and picket in front of the dealership if we didn`t get the items. We lived quite a ways away, so we couldn`t just drive over and get them, plus Joe told us he would mail it all to us. When we received the items, we got ONE key fob, and it wasn`t even the right one for our vehicle, so we shelled out the money to buy one on our own because we were tired of trying to deal with Joe. I gave him one star because as I said, he was really nice in person, but if you do buy from him, make sure you don`t have any IOUs with him or need follow up from him for any reason.
