The service desk was less than...

The service desk was less than friendly and certainly not helpful. They would not order parts for me. I wanted to bring the car in once the parts were available. Instead of arguing with the service desk, I am taking my car somewhere else.

Apparently, this is standard practice. This dealership from owner Rusty to the service manager Kevin lacks integrity. It`s a wonder why this dealership is still open. They don`t tell you your charges up front. After you refuse their service, they give you an outrageous diagnostic fee to essentially hold your vehicle so they can do the repair. After paying their outrageous fees for labor and parts, my vehicle still wasn`t fixed and they essentially told me. I have too many customers right now. I can`t test drive your vehicle right now. Maybe sometime later today. And, I`m constantly getting the run-around. Horrible to deal with!!!!!

Poor Customer Service

I was treated very rudely at this dealership. I took my vehicle in for an estimate and decided not to get the repairs done at that time because they were too costly. I was then told there would be a $98 charge, of which I was not informed about upfront. The service manager said he told me of the charge. When I said I was most certainly not told of this high charge upfront, otherwise I would not have left it for an... view more estimate, the service manager told me it was not his fault we couldn`t afford to pay for it. I then complained of this to the owner, the owner was even more rude, and for 20 minutes belittled me, asking me very indignantly, "Where could we go to get a free estimate? Would we be able to take our "chainsaw or our dishwasher or our vacuum cleaner..." to get an estimate and not have to pay a fee?" He then said his mechanics are highly trained and get paid a lot to do their work and accused me of trying to get them to work for free. I said, no, I don`t think they should work for free, I am just simply saying I was not informed there would be a $98 charge regarless if the repairs cost $5 or $700 and again, would not have opted to leave it for that amount, knowing that if the repair estimate was high I would not be able to afford to get it fixed anyway. He then said, very sarcastically, "What part on a car costs $5?" I said I do not know what parts cost, that`s why I brought it in for an estimate, and maybe if it was a fuse or something else it wouldn`t be too costly. He then proceeds to tell me the entire step by step process of the estimate, the whole time reiterating the value of his employee`e time. In the end he offered to give me half off. I feel the customer service at the dealership is very poor.
