Gouged during snowstorm

I contacted D&R Towing to see if they could tow my sons car out of a ditch on Rt 14. They quted me a cost which started at $85. Now the car was about 5 feet in the meridian on Rt 14 and it took the tow truck drive about 5 minutes to pull my sons car out of the ditch. The driver then told me the cost was $150 !!!
