Cars are line up via Make . Easy to find cars. Fresh cars put in daily. cars not really picked over (lot of parts left on the cars)

I got great parts there when vehicles are not already stripped down, also at awesome prices. It`s a trial and error. You`ll save a lot of $$$ than buying from dealer.

However, the people you have to deal with are not the smartest bunch. No sense of customer service.

you people need to remember that. its their job! they do what their bosses tell them to. they are nice people. in fact. i went in there my mom... they didnt try and take advantage of us cuz we were girls. i got i nice used tire. for 20 bucks. and they got it off for us. no charge. and yea its muddy! its a F**king junk yard! they cant stop the rain and all the people walkin. they are just human... u know ur going to a... view more junk yard! wear clothes that u dont give a sh*t about. what are all ur problems.

Went there with a friend looking for front end parts and we found what he needed. Overpaid by $100 on a $70 part as compared to other yards but found what we were looking for.

I asked how much seats were for my car and was told a price. Went back the next day and after pulling them out and hauling them to the front, they told me that price was per seat. i said fine and bought the back and passenger seats si... view morence i was $5 short and they wouldn`t budge on the price as they were closing Sunday. They gauranteed they would hold the last seat for me so i went back monday afternoon with cash in hand but they couldn`t find the seat. Said it must have been sold or thrown away within the 4 hours they were open. No refunds on the ones i bought. Now i am stuck with mismatched seats, wasted 6+ hours of my time and an extra $20 in gas to go out there to pick up what they said they would hold. Now either i start from scratch and look for new seats or pay about $230 for the exact match seat covering for that one seat as well as purchase a matching split bench seat like they threw away. Never again will i deal with their overpriced parts, disorganized business practices, or overall lack of customer care.

I phoned Victory giving my part info, model, model year,etc. I was told ""no problem"" come in. After a 45 minute drive, I went arrived at Victory and was told there was no car within 10 years of mine.
A major wasted trip and a 45 minute trip back. In my opoinion, these people are INCOMPETENT,.

Victory does a fine job, both at buying cars (I`ve sold them 2) and for selling parts. True the yard is muddy. It is a pick your part junk yard. For those too squeemissh to get their hands / feet dirty, a few extra bucks & they will pull the car to the garage area up front & pull the part for you. Very helpful, good prices. We get what we give... Walk in with an attitude & get very little - walk in with a po... view moresitive attitude & cash & they are willing to help - if asked...

As for me, yes, I do wish they would update the commercial on tv & that the website was more user friendly, but so what, that is what the phone is for & the actual walk thru the yard... Oh yes, a couple loads of gravel would be nice for those days after the rains... Oh the mud runnin memories....

The people at Victory are not rude, they`ll tell you straight out. It is dirty but then again it`s a junk yard. If you want to learn to do it yourself, save money and go to Victory.

P.S. Used parts are just as good as new(aftermarket) parts, in reality they`re better because they`re original manufacture not reproductions.

This place is a dump and the employees are rude and unhelpful.there is a reason that these guys are working at a salvage yard and its not because they are overeducated
