I have gone to Mark`s service center for about 25 years now. Mark, Les, Tony and the rest of the service personnel are without question are the most honest and talented mechanics I have ever dealt with. They have great hours, will never try to sell you something your car doesn`t need, and are fair in their pricing. I give them the absolute highest rating possible. What a great group of people. They even repacked the wheel bearings while they had the access and didn`t charge me anything. They do the work right and go out of their way to make you want to return. I can`t tell you what a relief it is to know that i have such an excellent shop in this area that I can rely on when I have car troubles. Keep up the good work guys. I just called this place to have my car towed. The person i spoke to was very understanding! This place was the best price i could find for towing, and the payment is fast and easy : )
My car was at my workplace and the tower couldnt get my car bc of the employees cars in the way. The tower waited very patiently until the cars were moved. i did not get charged for the time he waited. 15 minutes later he called to le... view moret me know my car was at the dealership and i payed over the phone. Mark, Les and the mechanic staff at the service center are top rate. Their skills, service and work is excellent. They work to service your vehicle and not force parts that are unnecessary. For example, when my brakes were squeaking/slightly grinding, they could have sold me new brakes even though my old ones weren`t bad but they called and let me know all I needed was a good brake cleaning. Mark, Les and the mechanic staff at the service center is excellent. Their prices are more than competitive. They root out the actual cause of the problem instead of forcing new parts on you that may not be needed. We have been going to them for years, referred by my family and others. Excellent work. Excellent costs. Excellent all around.
