Frankly I don`t understand what these yahoo `s are talking about with there bad reviews . I had been having problems with my vehicle for sometime now . I had been to so many shops and no guarantee that my problem would be solved . I`ll be honest with you . I was very frustrated and ready to junk my 2010 Lincoln . My vehicle was diagnosed within minutes . In less than an hour my vehicle was ready . I payed less money then the other shops I had previously been to . All there work was guaranteed . I drove away very happy , it`s been 3 mo`s now and I have not had any problems . I highly recommend Hi - Tech if you want quality work for your vehicle . I never expected to be so over joyed with the work I received . The shop MANAGEMENT over looks all there jobs personally . I was very impressed over all . I BROUGHT MY TRUCK IN THINKING IT NEEDED A TRANSMISSION. MANNY GREETED ME, HE ASKED WHAT WAS WRONG. I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT IT SEEMED LIKE THE TRANSMISSION WAS SLIPPING. HE CHECKED THE FLUID AND TEST DROVE IT, HE SAID THE TRANSMISSION WASNT THE PROBLEM. IT SEEMED MORE LIKE A RESTRICTED EXHAUST. We took our truck there, because we had a good expierence about 10 years ago. Well, this time was completely different! We needed the trans replaced, and were quoted a price. We took it in and they gave us a day that it would be done, because we needed to find transportation until the truck was finished.. Well, 2 days after they have the truck they tell us that something else was wrong with it, and then on the day we... view more were supposed to pick it up, something else needs to be replaced. Now, I have no car to drive, because they tell me last minute that something else is "broken". Noone ever explained prices to us, so we had no idea what to expect. And they just said that is has to be replaced for the trans to work. Well we go 2 days after the original day we were supposed to pick up the truck, and there is a DENT in the truck.. And all they have to say is "well, I don`t know what happened" and that was it. It is going to cost us $350 to replace. We pull out of the lot and then discover that the motor is running weird. We take it back the next day, and want to charge us AGAIN for something that happened there. We had to take it to another shop to get it fixed. We will NEVER go back to this place. And I reccommend that noone ever does!

I have a Mercedes that i have been taking to my regular mechanic he suggested to take it to hi tech transmission so i did.as you know this transmission is very expensive so when i dropped off my car i tell them give me an est. keep in mind i called around some of the local shops and dealers just to be prepared to my surprise they were lower on price than anybody else.when it came to pay the bill again no surprises.a... view mores far as the work i give them an A+ also the turn around A+.Thanks guys my car never shifted this good i have no regrets!!!!
