I purchased a window motor. I gave it to my mechanic to put it in. He tells me that the regulator needs to stay attached. so seeing how they took it out wrong I requested another one w the regulator attached. I go pick it up. I`ve never seen this all out of a car so I accept the part and take it once again to my mechanic. He then calls me to say a roller for the window bottom is broke off and missing. SO I call hoops... view more again this crabby women says ok we have others I`ll call you when its out. So 2 days later when I realize they havn`t called I call them. This woman tells me hoop talked to the parts guy and he just knows that all the rollers were on there then this woman offers to sell me one for more cost than the original. I dont appreciate being called a liar over a $30 part. Lord help you if you bought something online. BUYER BEWARE. I`ve lived in this area my entire life, this place is nothing but a pain in the a.ss
